the thematic scenes of party building teaching have become more distinctive. at blast furnace no. 3’s 9.7-meter-high platform, “this is how steel is tempered” comes into view and “ten-mile steel city” stands on the sand table model. the newly-built steel whole-process sand table model themed “this is how steel is tempered”, which is 18 meters long and 2 meters wide, displays the process flows of mining, ironmaking, steelmaking, and finished products on the spot through a combination of sound, electricity, and light. it displays the whole process of steel production and steel products through the dynamic simulation and processing of four links, namely the coke pusher, hot metal ladle transportation, hot metal ladle craning, and simulated receiving and pouring of molten iron via the converter. the sand table of the steel production technology process and the ironmaking blast furnace are natural and complementary, with prominent themes and distinctive features. since its trial operation and opening in may, it has received more than 3,000 tourists for more than 60 themed party building activities.

employees’ innovation exchanges have become more vivid. the shougang cultural creativity and shougang cultural tourism employees’ innovation studios consist of four functional areas: the product display area, interactive experience area, topic discussion area, and cultural tourism publicity and promotion area. among them, themed “the source of industry – the beauty of creative art”, the shougang cultural creativity employees’ innovation studio displays cultural creativity products derived from steel materials such as “5g steel”, “silk steel”, and electro-technical steel, reflecting the empowerment of steel materials by cultural creativity and the innovative ability of shougang’s elements, in which ai face-swapping and on-site “silk steel” winding are very popular. themed “crossing from mountain to sea – metamorphosis of fire and ice”, the shougang cultural tourism employees’ innovation studio takes “four lines” as its main contents, namely the industrial tourism line, education research line, party building teaching line, and national defense education line, and shows the characteristics of shougang’s cultural tourism through six chapters: beauty of the landscape, power of steel, light of the winter olympic games, magic of science and technology, soul of culture, and love of food. the china development bank, ansteel group corporation limited, china construction second engineering bureau co., ltd., haidian district education labor union, and other units visited and exchanged views in the innovation studio one after another, and spoke highly of it.
